Rollers can be recovered in a range of materials to meet your requirements including but not limited to: Natural rubber, Neoprene, Nitrile, EPDM, Silicone, Polyurethane, Hypalon, Ebonite and Viton. We can provide a wide range of differing compound hardness typically between 30A - 90A (Polyurethane 5A - 80D). We can also match most colour requirements.

Clifton Rubber Co. Ltd can analyse the rubber on your existing roller and match it using the advanced equipment in our technical department.

Using the latest in grinding technology and equipment our skilled grinding team can provide a variety of patterned finishes including diamond, grooved and herringbone.

Our in-house engineering division can also repair the roller's metal components for example journal ends and bearings.

Clifton Rubber Co. Ltd produce a wide range of standard rubber covered rollers and can offer a service exchange service on the majority of these items.

Where required, Clifton Rubber Co. Ltd can arrange for collection of your used rollers and delivery of the newly stripped and recovered roller. Typically a roller strip and recover can be turned around 5-7 working days. However, we can reduce this in case of emergencies.

Our experience is extensive both in design, development, prototyping and manufacture. We work towards achieving the best overall price for our customers whilst maintaining our customer's quality requirements.

Packaging can be in returnable containers, single use cardboard boxes or to customer's requirements. Delivery can be by independent carrier, either 3 day or 'next day'. We also use specialist hauliers for larger items.
