Clifton Rubber Co. Ltd has a wide range of moulding equipment suited to manufacturing different sizes and quantities of products. We can mould small parts (a few millimetres in size) up to very large parts (more than 1000mm by 2000mm), from 1 off prototypes to high volume production runs.

Clifton Rubber Co. Ltd manufacture high quality products using all commercially available rubber materials typically including Natural Rubber, SBR, Neoprene (Polychloroprene), EPDM, Nitrile, Chlorosulphonated polyurethane (Hypalon®), Acrylic, Ethylene Acrylic (Vamac®), Epichlorohydrin, Butyl, Silicone, Hydrogenated Nitrile (Therban®) Glourocarbon (Viton®) and Fluorosilicone rubber. Our experience is extensive both in design, development, prototyping and manufacture. Packaging can be in returnable containers, single use cardboard boxes or to customer's requirements. Delivery can be by independent carrier, either 3 day or 'next day'. We also use specialist hauliers for larger mouldings.
